Refund policy

At Femeiglit, each jewelry piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with all of the following:

* An unedited, continuous unboxing video showing the package opening from start to end
* The shipping label visible in the video
* Your order number and clear photos of the issue

This step is mandatory for claim verification. Claims without an unedited unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Please Note:

* No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as “change of mind,” “wrong size,” or “not liked.”
* The item must be unused and in its original packaging for damage claims to be valid.
* Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
* Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
